5 INTERESTING THINGS TO DO IN BANGKOK

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

Sempena tengah pakej free trip ke Bangkok, Thailand kali ni, Noly nak highlight sikit kenapa kita perlu pergi ke Bangkok. Memang lah dekat je, tapi banyak perbezaannya dengan Malaysia. And aku bukan orang Kelantan or Terengganu yg tempatnya agak berdekatan, so memang sangat tak familiar dgn Thai culture. Except the food. Bahahaha. Tom yam. Tu je lerrr aku tau. Tapi kalau dapat makan tom yam pure kat Bangkok, mesti lagi sedap. ok meleleh pulak air mata aku nak tom yam sekarang ni hahaha.

1.GRAND PALACE : Kat dalam ni ada Jade of Buddha. tgk nama la. Grand. Palace pulak tu. Memang kena tgk.

2.WAT PHO : Ini adalah kuil tertua di Bangkok. Kat dlm ni ada patung Buddha yg sgt besar. Bawak kamera siap2. haha.

3.CHATUCHAK MARKET : Ha, kat sini semua ada! Ada 15000 gerai kat dalam market ni. Sila lah jalan shopping sakan sampai patah kaki haha.

4.FLOATING MARKET : Macam ala2 kat Venice pulak kan, boleh lepak2 dalam sampan sambil beli buah dan sayur yg fresh. Beli lah apa pun, duduk je pun boleh sambil menikmati pemandangan. Bila lagi kan? Aku sampan pun tak jumpa kat area umah aku ni haha.

5.KHAO SAN ROAD : shopping lagi! nak dapatkan thai massage ke, street food ke apa ke boleh lah dapatkan kat sini.

Kalau kita travel sendiri memang kena berhati2 dgn scams dan juga pickpockets. Tapi kalau travel dgn company memang semua nya first class. makanan pun disediakan dan confirm halal. Hotel pun 5 star je. flight pegi balik semuanya ditanggung. Bawak seringgit pun xde hal. Kalau ko tak nak shopping lah kan. hahaha. Duit shopping pun company bagi dalam rm10k. Sama je mcm masa Noly ke Shanghai last year. Makan je keje aku hahaha. Free dan sedap dan halal. Tak payah pun pening nak fikir or kira2 budget utk transport or food. SEMUANYA DITANGGUNG!

SM / SSM Award 2014

Hi.

Been meaning to post this entry last week, but yeah. A lot going on haha. So here it goes. This year, I celebrated my business partners; 3 of them actually, but 1 of them couldn't make it on that day. So proud of them. Really am. In less than 6 months, they have achieved such recognition in business, and all of them have not known any business related thingy before. Just by being a Glampreneur that they have learned so many things, been taught by incredible mentors and leaders, and managed to make thousands of sales. Yup, not just thousands, more than 50k each. How about that? We have strong teamwork energy and really good marketing strategy, so basically, yay! haha. Aiming for time freedom and money freedom because we all love our families so much, and we realized bonding time with our kids and families are really expensive these days, thats why we decided to venture into this beautiful business. So that in two or three years ahead, we don't have to waste our time working 9-5 earning limited income and missing a lot of our precious family time. We wanna travel with our kids anywhere anytime without the migraines of thinking about the money anymore. DREAM BIG, PEOPLE. IT CAN BE DONE. So, enjoy the pictures.

DIAMOND NIGHT 2014

Last month I got the chance to attend our company's one of the most privileged event: DIAMOND NIGHT.It is held only once a year. and I considered it as a night of recognition of our hardwork, efforts, and also my date night with my husband hahaha..I was there to celebrate my business partner Elya Roza because she was supposed to get on stage and received an award, but sadly she was sick. So I went there with my business partners, Anis and her husband :) The rest couldn't come because most of them were sick on that day. Poor them. The food was delicious, the table was in front hehehe.. and the view was amazing. Yup, we took several photos. Enjoy the pics.

Corset Diet?

I have received many questions about the Premium Beautiful corset this week, and sadly I could not reply to all of the questions because I was quite busy huhuhu so now I decided to answer the most frequently asked questions by my lovely customers; about DIETING and CORSET. Can we combine these two together? Hell yeah. I know this is really frustrating. Even Jessica Alba admitted that she wore corset after giving birth to get her body back in shape really fast. 

Trust me, every woman's body is the same, but the way we treated our body is what makes it difference from other woman. Don't blame a woman with beautiful body and say she is genetically engineered from God to have that body. The truth is she takes care of her body really well. That's all. How, you ask? I am going to give you a new way of dieting using a Premium Beautiful corset. Yes, we are women. Yes, we need a corset. Yes, stop denying all the benefits of buying a Premium Beautiful corset. And yes, it is cheaper than your Iphone. Eh, how many Iphone did you buy? ekekeke yes, you may slap yourself because  u can't use your Iphone as your corset.

I have found this CORSET DIET online and basically this group of women carried out this diet experiment to see if wearing a corset would help in weight reduction. After 6 weeks conducting such experiment, all of the ladies involved were so happy because they got their desired body shape and they have totally reduce a lot of weight. So here's how if u wish to do this CORSET DIET on your own. Reminder: to get best result, please use Premium Beautiful corset only. If you use other corset and the result coming out is not satisfactory, blame yourself.

WHY CORSET DIET?

• It helps with weight loss and has many benefits that normal diets do not have
• Figure control gives a defined waist upon fitting and lacing the corset
• A pleasure hugging sensation and a cosy comfort that other diets cannot offer
• It is one of many alternative methods for reducing appetite

HOW TO DO IT?

1. Buy a Premium Beautiful corset according to your size. Do not borrow or steal from your makcik or sister as the size may be different (wrong size will cause your body to feel uncomfortable /hard to put on or off/sick) The correct size corset is the key to the diet.
2. This corset will slowly form to your body, and so tightening should take place over a few days.
3. Gentle pressure on the tummy area will reduce the capacity for food and give the feeling of fullness, which is a key problem to other diets.
4. The first few days the corset should only be worn for a few hours.
5. Try putting it on before your biggest meal of the day and leave it on for one hour after eating.
6. Once you have become used to the feel of the corset, it should be worn between 9 am to 9 pm. (you can manage the time accordingly if you are working, no biggie)
7. Food should only be consumed when wearing the corset and not within 2 hours of taking off the corset i.e consume your last meal at 7pm if u want to take off your corset at 9pm.
8. If, after a period of time the corset becomes loose even with the laces fully tightened, another smaller corset will be required. You have to buy a new set of Premium Beautiful corset with a newer smaller size. (this is a sign that this corset diet is successful)
9. And repeat the ritual of this corset diet until you have that incredibly beautiful and healthy body. hehe Yes, you can drool now.

Face Massage

When you talk about massage, normally what would appear in our minds would be foot and body massage, right? Well, our face needs massages too. The good news is, we can do it ourselves (no need to pay that extra ka-ching to the expensive spa) in our own home and, it is not wrong to ask your hubby to massage it for u ngehehehe :p

Face massage is like coffee for the skin. Everything comes to life. By relaxing muscles and connective tissue, massaging the face softens expression-induced lines around your eyes, lips and brows, helps expel acne-causing toxins and de-puffs and brightens the eye area. It also increases circulation, oxygenating the blood and encouraging the presence of fresh, healing red blood cells. (All those for free? I'm stupid if I don't do it)

So here are the simple steps: (For an especially hydrating treatment, try it in the bath using organic oil.)

1. Start on the cheeks. Draw big circles using your fingers or knuckles, moving upward.

2. On one side of the face at a time, rub from the mid jaw to the cheekbone with long upward strokes, pressing firmly for a moment at the top.

3. Work smile lines with upward strokes, from the corners of the mouth to the corners of the nose.

4. With your fingers, lift and hold both brows to open up the eye area. Rub in a circle around the eye socket out to the temples, eventually expanding to include the forehead.

5. To plump lips, use thumbs and index fingers to quickly pluck all across the top and bottom lip, which stimulates blood flow.

Time Management Tips

Today I want to share with you a few tips on how to manage our precious time. Being a working mom, I know the feeling of not having enough time to juggle our work and family,let alone our own free time. I don't think I even have any more 'me' time since I gave birth a year ago haishhh...Sounds bad?meh, I can still improve my life, and u too. If u follow these tips :)

1. ASSESS YOUR TIME --> Look closely at how you spend your time. Experts say that most people spend up to an hour a day on tasks that could be on hold / completely eliminated from their schedule.
2. PRIORITIZE --> The key to organization is knowing what's your priority and what can wait. Divide your to-do list into 3 sections; things that need to be done immediately, things that can be done on weekends, and things that are long-term projects.
3. ORGANIZE --> Get a file cabinet and keep a copy of everything. Keep a folder for each child /each bills so you know exactly where to find all of their information.
4. PICK YOUR BATTLES --> Decide what you can live with and what really gets under your skin.
5. MULTITASK --> Learn to consolidate jobs and get things done during downtime.
6. GIVE EVERYONE A JOB --> Get help from everyone in your family for chores that they can tackle. i.e from sorting laundry to picking things up (even your little ones can do this to help u)
7. POST IT --> Hang a family wall calendar to keep track of everything (doctor's appointment, family day at school, movie dates with your hubby etc) I did this and it helps so much in organizing my day, especially when i'm sorting my business appointments:)
8. PUT EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE --> One of the biggest time wasters is looking for lost items. Avoid the hassle by putting stuff back to where they belong.

I hope these tips help:) Sometimes when I get really sick, I get my husband to get all the things done. So yeah, the message here is, we have to train our hubby too to master all these skills hehe:p

This is a book that provides hours of fun for thumb-wrestling masters. Only now, we're using the lightsabers muahahaha the book contain 7 board games depicting classic star wars battles. Let's wrestle! This is good for my hubby and I.SERIOUSLY haha

• Batman Chess Set

The Dark Knight is obviously very sexy. The fanciest superhero of all , I would say. Villains the Joker, Catwoman, Riddler, and Penguin join Batman, Robin, Batgirl and commissioner Gordon in this huge chess set hehe most impressive is the chess set's 50 LED lights encircling the board's surface, illuminating both it and the surrounding of Gotham city scape, plus projecting the Bat-signal onto your living room ceiling. OH I DIE. THIS IS SOOOO COOL!! 

• Cards against humanity

The game is simple (who doesn't love simplicity?) Each round, one player asks a question from the black card and everyone else answers with their funniest white card. This should be HILARIOUS ngehehe a good play with my hubby :p

If I buy this for my hubby, I can get a diamond ring from him. And a house.

The Chicken (kokokokokok!)

I found this short story online and thought the message in it is so deep and motivational. So I would like to share the story with all of you:)

Once upon a time, there was a large mountainside, where an eagle's nest rested. The eagle's nest contained four large eagle eggs. One day an earthquake rocked the mountain causing one of the eggs to roll down the mountain, to a chicken farm, located in the valley below. 

The chickens knew that they must protect and care for the eagle's egg, so an old hen volunteered to nurture and raise the large egg. One day, the egg hatched and a beautiful eagle was born. Sadly, however, the eagle was raised to be a chicken. Soon, the eagle believed he was nothing more than a chicken. The eagle loved his home and family, but his spirit cried out for more. 

While playing a game on the farm one day, the eagle looked to the skies above and noticed a group of mighty eagles soaring in the skies. "Oh," the eagle cried, "I wish I could soar like those birds." The chickens roared with laughter, "You cannot soar with those birds. You are a chicken and chickens do not soar." The eagle continued staring, at his real family up above, dreaming that he could be with them.

Each time the eagle would let his dreams be known, he was told it couldn't be done. That is what the eagle learned to believe. The eagle, after time, stopped dreaming and continued to live his life like a chicken. Finally, after a long life as a chicken, the eagle passed away. 

The moral of the story: You become what you believe you are; so if you ever dream to become an eagle follow your dreams, not the words of a chicken.

Diamond Night 2013

I attended Diamond Night that was held last month in Mines Resort,Seri Kembangan. Almost 100 Glampreneurs were awarded as Diamond Sales Manager, Double Diamond Manager and Car Fund Achiever!
