BIOZONE Food Purifier

BIOZONE Food Purifier uses a proprietary process integrating ozone-resistant materials to convert oxygen (O2) into ozone (O3). The ozone that eliminates contaminants will be converted back into oxygen. The medical grade silicone tube will then channel the ozone into the water where the food is immersed. Bubbling process will take place to purify the food within the pre-determined time frame.

How long do I need to purify the vegetables and meat?
Please refer to the operating instruction manual found inside the packaging box. Generally, all the food (Eg : fruits, vegetables, seafood) require 15 minutes. Only meat (Eg : chicken, lamb, beef) requires 30 minutes. This machine operates at maximum 45 minutes, which can be used for long bath or refrigerator.

Moreover, there is 3 minutes ON/OFF sanitising function for a liter of water. This sanitising function is used to remove bacteria on the surface of food in a quick manner without the use of water. Generally, if you have more water, you can multiply timing accordingly. The maximum volume of water is 10 litres or 30 minutes.

What happens if the ceramic stone or silicone tube is broken?
Replace with a new set which comprises a ceramic stone and a silicone tube.

Why do I need to perform the general maintenance after 2 years from the date of purchase?
The technician will open up the BIOZONE Food Purifier machine to check and clean all internal parts, including calibration. This is to ensure that BIOZONE Food Purifier operates at optimum performance and last longer.

Do I need to purify for longer interval if I have a lot of foods?
BIOZONE Food Purifier is designed for HOUSEHOLD USE only. Assuming you have 3 – 4 chicken portions, it is still fine to take 30 minutes to purify the meat as long as you adhere to the maximum water volume of 10 litres.

Does it consume excessive electricity?
No. The electricity power consumption is minimal at 35 Watts only. It is like lighting up a bulb in your house.

How do I service the ceramic stone?
Plug the silicone tube out from the machine. Use a toothbrush to gently brush the surface of the ceramic stone under the tap running water. After that, air-dry. Once a while, dry it under the sun. If there is any bad odour, you may purify the ceramic stone in plain water for few minutes and air-dry.

Will the food nutrients be lost in the purifying process?
We have a laboratory test on the meat to show that most of the nutrients are maintained. This can only be possible using a good food purifier. If you use conventional technology, it might reduce the nutrients substantially.

Do I need to wash the food again after purification?
It is not necessary to wash the food after purification process. But, if you feel the need to rinse the food after purification, you can use filtered water to avoid any re-contamination with tap water.

How long can the BIOZONE Food Purifier last?
After the first 2 years, as long as you send back the machine for general maintenance once a year, it can last very long.

Why can’t I use a plastic container and what other bowls can I use?
Not all plastics are ozone-resistant. Generally, we do not advise to use plastic bowls. It would be best to use stainless steel or glass bowls.

Can I use to clean baby bottles?
Generally for plastics, we try to avoid direct purification. You can first purify the water in a glass or stainless steel container and use the purified water to rinse the baby bottles.

Why meat has foam, but for vegetables, it is not visible?
Pesticides are generally soluble in water, hence it is not visible. For the foam, it is a long chain of fatty acid which is more prevalent in meat. Most of the fatty acid has polymer-based compounds which may be difficult for the body to absorb. If the body is able to absorb, it actually goes into the blood stream which may be bad for health over a long period of intake.

Can I remove antibiotics from the meat during purification process?
The foam did not reveal any antibiotic trace, but during the 30 minutes purification process, the laboratory test report showed that antibiotic was absent after purification.

Will the foam be totally gone if I detoxify for longer periods of time?
The chances of the foam being totally gone is rare because more fats can be removed through longer periods of purification. The side effects would be more nutrients lost. Hence, we do not need to over-purify the meat.

Some vegetables and fruits float up during the purification process. What can I do?
Just use a cover to close the bowl with a small gap for the silicone tube to pass through, as long as the cover is not made of plastic material.

How can I be certain that BIOZONE Food Purifier can perform 100% purification?
We do not claim that BIOZONE Food Purifier can purify all chemicals by 100%. Our objective is to try to minimise as much chemicals as possible before we consume the food. What is food and what is its function in the human body?

These are strange questions that are often not given much thought. Is food something that is just chewed and swallowed in order to relieve us of that gnawing pain in our stomachs? No, it is much much more.

Food is a complete package designed to provide the human body with a balance of minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, enzymes and various other properties such as oils, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. It takes all these elements in foods and many more not listed, collectively called nutrition, to be in balance in order for the human body to be properly nourished.

Grading Food Quality

Produce can be graded in its quality based upon its reading on a refractometer. The refractometer measures dissolved minerals and plant sugars.

E Grade

Produce graded in the E range is a complete failure. This type of produce confers no health benefit upon consumption. It is a net negative on the body’s health. This type of food is a major contributor to indigestion, completely lacks rare earths such as iodine, chromium, and vanadium and is tremendously calcium deficient. As a result of its calcium deficiency it is very susceptible to toxins from heavy metals and pesticides. 

D Grade

Food graded in the D range represents a step up from the E Range. This type of food is typical of what is commonly found in most supermarkets. It sustains life but not health. It rots easily and is void of rare earth minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins. Foods in the D range have poorly formed proteins, excess nitrates, and poor enzyme levels. 

C Grade

Produce graded in the C range represents a substantial increase in quality from grades D and E. This type of food sustains life and can even benefit someone consistently eating foods in the low D to E range. Foods in this grade can be eaten with less indigestion than grades D and E.

B Grade

Food graded in the B range can have a great impact on most people’s health. This type of produce has good nutritional density and carbohydrate levels, which facilitates proper digestion. With good nutrition and digestion the body enjoys greater energy levels and a stronger immune system. Calcium levels in these foods are much better than the lower grades with less susceptibility to taking on toxic substances.

A Grade

Top-quality produce in the A grade are the crown jewel of foods. These foods taste so good they can only be described as heavenly. The nutrition offered by these foods are as good as they taste—outstanding. These foods have virtually no free nitrates, do not cause indigestion, and have properly formed proteins. A-grade foods have very high levels of vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, and trace minerals. As a result they have the greatest impact on improving health and providing nutrition against disease. 

What is Digestion?

Now that we have looked at the various grades of food lets take a closer look at how food quality impacts the digestive process. The digestive process acts as a governor of our health. If we are not properly digesting food then the energy in the food we consume does not become available to the body. In a nutshell digestion is all about getting energy (nutrition) from food. This energy comes in the form of carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins, oils, and enzymes to name a few.

Food that provides nutrition against disease must facilitate a healthy digestion. The only foods that measure up to this standard on nutrition are top-quality produce and animal products from animals raised on top-quality feeds.

Veggies are GOOD!!

hehe.
I love eating all sorts of vegetables.
Since I was small.
Until forevah hehe.

I married a guy who hates veggies.
All types of veggies.
Grr.
No wonder he is fat.

Well, now since I have been eating veggies non-stop and double the amount of greens when I was pregnant, Alhamdulillah my baby boy is not allergic to anything.
And me myself has no allergic whatsoevah (God bless us)

I have trained my baby boy to eat veggies and fruits regularly on daily basis since he was 6 months old.
And it paid off.
He loves vegetables as much as I do.
Carrots, broccolis, cabbages, cauliflowers, and he would eat anything that is green on the plate:)
Ok, I love veggies, but I don't really know all of their names and heritage lol
So don't expect me to list all of them here hehe

Face Massage

When you talk about massage, normally what would appear in our minds would be foot and body massage, right? Well, our face needs massages too. The good news is, we can do it ourselves (no need to pay that extra ka-ching to the expensive spa) in our own home and, it is not wrong to ask your hubby to massage it for u ngehehehe :p

Face massage is like coffee for the skin. Everything comes to life. By relaxing muscles and connective tissue, massaging the face softens expression-induced lines around your eyes, lips and brows, helps expel acne-causing toxins and de-puffs and brightens the eye area. It also increases circulation, oxygenating the blood and encouraging the presence of fresh, healing red blood cells. So here are the simple steps: (For an especially hydrating treatment, try it in the bath using organic oil.)

1. Start on the cheeks. Draw big circles using your fingers or knuckles, moving upward.

2. On one side of the face at a time, rub from the mid jaw to the cheekbone with long upward strokes, pressing firmly for a moment at the top.

the reality of chicken nowadays, which is bad for our health

I know most of us don't have the time and space to grow our own chicken, and that includes me. kali ni noly nak post pasal demo biozone yang noly buat kat workplace last week (16/4/13).lambat sikit nak update sebab busy la pulak dgn kerja hakiki minggu lepas hehe.My business partner datang ke KKB dgn husband dia and tolong buat demo kat depan students dgn my colleagues.memang meriah la,penuh la jugak bilik noly tu sampai xde tempat nak duduk.(macamlaa bilik besar sgt kannn)

haa..inilah produknya.kitorang terus guna sekali dua,sbb nak buat demo untuk ayam,buah dgn sayur sekali.nasib baik biozone ni kecil lagi ringan,so mmg senang je.kalau nak pasang sekali 10 pun boleh,cuma xcukup plug je.dan xde motif.hehe

 Yang ni demo untuk buah epal.buah ni xbanyak buih sangat,tapi still ada jgk buih kalau tgk gmbr belah kiri tu.belah kanan tu yg dah siap purified.

Tanpa kusangka-sangka,dorg ni terus je ambik epal yg dah dipurified tu and terus makan dgn seronok.haih.dorg ckp,epal yg dh purified tu rase lagi rangup berbanding dgn yg belum.haa..epal rangup?patutla habis epal aku.heheh.

 Yang ni pulak sayur.Sayur belah kanan yg dlm mangkuk kaca tu yg dh purified.compare dgn yg x purified dlm plastic tu mmg sgt beza.padahal sayur ni mmg hujung dia dah kuning2 sikit,tapi lepas purified,jadi hijau muda balik.warna pun jadi terang.so its good to purify these things using biozone.bukti mmg dah nampak depan mata.kalau xnampak jgk,pegi lah cek mata.
