Corset Diet : My First Week

Salam.

As I have updated in my FB / IG before, I have officially worn my PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL corset for a week now. So I have decided to make a weekly log to state and identify my own progress using it. So far the result has been very exciting :)

• FIRST DAY - Struggling a bit to snuck my body in that tight corset. Use the third hook for the corset (the outest hook haha is that even a word?lol) Just wore it for 2 hours to introduce the corset to my body. Don't want to force my body too much. Did not eat anything while wearing it because I was basically just laid down the whole hours and read comics. But I ate right after I got out of the corset. HAHAHA.

• SECOND DAY - Wore it for 4 hours, starting at lunch until 4pm. Ate a small portion of lunch, and ate some light snacks for dinner. It started to get comfy on my body.

• THIRD DAY- As I work on this day, I decided to go full mode and wore it straight from 7am to 6pm. Contrary to popular 'beliefs' out there, the corset is definitely making my body cooler and I did not sweat as much. Just the usual heat. So yeah, no extra sweat, its a winner! Ate my breakfast in my usual portion and because I have paid for it I forced myself to finish it. I almost cried. HAHAHA. Results? Went to the toilet and had cute farts accompanied me all day long. Luckily the students were on their semester break. Can't eat lunch as I felt so full but munched on snacks at 4pm, and that's all. Phew.

• FOURTH DAY - Also wore it for the whole working hours, but today I was able to use the second hook (middle hook) on my waist nipper. I felt slimmer already.HEHEHE. Learnt my lesson from yesterday, so I bought just a small portion of breakfast(but still nasi lemak y'all, I love u no matter what) and then had some snacks for tea time. Went home, got out of the corset and felt full until next morning. And yes, my body can move like usual and I didn't feel as if I was wearing any corset underneath my baju kurung. awesome.

• FIFTH DAY - Went through the same process as yesterday, but everything just got easier and faster. The first day I put on corset, it took me for almost 10minutes to adjust everything to make it right onto my body (without any help because I don't want to trouble my husband to help me with it every morning, nanti lain pulak jadinya hadoii), but now it only took me a single minute to wear it on my own. Probably because the fat has surrendered HAHAHA.

• SIXTH DAY - To my amazement, this morning I was able to use the first hook (the tightest hook) and I was quite surprised by the amazing change. Went to work and had fun as usual. Cute portion of breakfast and snacks on tea time.

• SEVENTH DAY - Went out with my husband and my friend, had our breakfast at 10am, and then I ate ice cream sundae for my lunch because I was still full, but then bought cheesy fries to eat in the car on our way home. That's all. The best part was, my husband suddenly said to me before we went to bed,"eh apesal perut u macam dah flat je?eh sejak bile?terernye corset tu boleh flat kan perut u kejap je hahaha.." rasa nak tampor pon adeee mulut laki aku neh hahaa tapi xpe, even he saw the result in just a week. 

Well, seriously I never thought the result would be that fast, because I have gained a lot of weight since february this year. I give myself 2 months to get in shape by using this PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL CORSET and get rid of all the unnecessary fats in my body. Will continue this weekly log next week.

Corset Diet?

I have received many questions about the Premium Beautiful corset this week, and sadly I could not reply to all of the questions because I was quite busy huhuhu so now I decided to answer the most frequently asked questions by my lovely customers; about DIETING and CORSET. Can we combine these two together? Hell yeah. Logically speaking, we need to eat a balanced meal and wearing the right corset (which is the Premium Beautiful corset) in order to get in shape in much shorter time, say, less than 1 month! Yes, it's possible, ladies. Well, I don't know about all of u, but most probably most of us have followed our chosen diet for some time now, and probably (I said PROBABLY) the weight aren't shedding and the body shape is far far away from Jessica Alba's post-baby body or even Jennifer Lopez's. I know this is really frustrating. Even Jessica Alba admitted that she wore corset after giving birth to get her body back in shape really fast. 

Trust me, every woman's body is the same, but the way we treated our body is what makes it difference from other woman. Don't blame a woman with beautiful body and say she is genetically engineered from God to have that body. The truth is she takes care of her body really well. That's all. How, you ask? I am going to give you a new way of dieting using a Premium Beautiful corset. Yes, we are women. Yes, we need a corset. Yes, stop denying all the benefits of buying a Premium Beautiful corset. And yes, it is cheaper than your Iphone. Eh, how many Iphone did you buy? ekekeke yes, you may slap yourself because  u can't use your Iphone as your corset.

I have found this CORSET DIET online and basically this group of women carried out this diet experiment to see if wearing a corset would help in weight reduction. After 6 weeks conducting such experiment, all of the ladies involved were so happy because they got their desired body shape and they have totally reduce a lot of weight. So here's how if u wish to do this CORSET DIET on your own. Reminder: to get best result, please use Premium Beautiful corset only. If you use other corset and the result coming out is not satisfactory, blame yourself.

WHY CORSET DIET?

• It helps with weight loss and has many benefits that normal diets do not have
• Figure control gives a defined waist upon fitting and lacing the corset
• A pleasure hugging sensation and a cosy comfort that other diets cannot offer
• It is one of many alternative methods for reducing appetite

HOW TO DO IT?

1. Buy a Premium Beautiful corset according to your size. Do not borrow or steal from your makcik or sister as the size may be different (wrong size will cause your body to feel uncomfortable /hard to put on or off/sick) The correct size corset is the key to the diet.
2. This corset will slowly form to your body, and so tightening should take place over a few days.
3. Gentle pressure on the tummy area will reduce the capacity for food and give the feeling of fullness, which is a key problem to other diets.
4. The first few days the corset should only be worn for a few hours.
5. Try putting it on before your biggest meal of the day and leave it on for one hour after eating.
6. Once you have become used to the feel of the corset, it should be worn between 9 am to 9 pm. (you can manage the time accordingly if you are working, no biggie)
7. Food should only be consumed when wearing the corset and not within 2 hours of taking off the corset i.e consume your last meal at 7pm if u want to take off your corset at 9pm.
8. If, after a period of time the corset becomes loose even with the laces fully tightened, another smaller corset will be required. You have to buy a new set of Premium Beautiful corset with a newer smaller size. (this is a sign that this corset diet is successful)
9. And repeat the ritual of this corset diet until you have that incredibly beautiful and healthy body. hehe Yes, you can drool now.

Berpantang dengan korset Premium Beautiful

Pernah berpantang? Kalau sesiapa yg dah bersalin tu mestilah pernah kan? Cara kita berpantang memang lain2, ikut budaya masing2 tapi matlamatnya sama sahaja, iaitu utk memulihkan fungsi dan bentuk tubuh badan selepas melahirkan anak. Noly guna masa berpantang dulu,sebab masa tu xjumpa lagi dgn Premium Beautiful ni, mak ai punyelah lilit2 terbelit bagai,pastu time nak ke toilet menangislah aku sorang2 hahaha.Kalau ada yg skip step2 ni kemungkinan besar akan ada masalah2 sampingan di kemudian hari, seperti perut menggelebeh, lemah tubuh badan dan sakit2 sendi walaupun dah lama habis berpantang.

Now we are half way to Eidul Fitr. I believe all of us have done our best to serve ourselves to Allah in this glorious month. Tadarrus, Tarawikh, Fasting (of course), giving donations, and all of the other good deeds that we normally do in Ramadhan.
