Kepentingan GARAM BULUH untuk badan manusia

OK, sebelum ni dah cerita pasal cara nak hasilkan garam buluh, so now nak btau kenapa kita perlu ambil garam buluh ni sebagai makanan rutin kita. 

Pernah dengar tentang alkali? Kita sebelum lahir lagi dah berada dalam keadaan beralkali. Buktinya, bayi yg masih dalam kandungan ibu dikelilingi oleh air ketuban yg bersifat alkali. Menurut saintis, utk kekalkan kesihatan pada tahap terbaik, badan kita perlu berada dalam keadaan beralkali lemah iaitu pH 7.4. 

Nilai pH darah manusia yg normal ialah 7.35-7.45. Kalau kurang daripada tu, maksudnya badan kita berada dalam keadaan berasid. Kalau kurang dari 7, itulah sebabnya kita sgt mudah dihinggapi penyakit. Jika nilai pH menurun kepada 6.9, risiko seseorang mendapat penyakit akan meningkat dan sel-sel kanser akan menjadi lebih aktif, seterusnya sel-sel kanser yg aktif ini akan merebak ke seluruh badan. 

Even though perut kita selalu berada dalam keadaan berasid, organ penting yg lain terutamanya otak, usus dan jantung perlu berada dalam keadaan beralkali utk berfungsi secara optimum.

Apa itu GARAM BULUH?

Mesti ramai dok angkat kening goyang bahu buat muka gedik tanda tak tahu apa itu garam buluh kan? Sila baca ye. Lepas baca ni mesti timbul rasa wahhh bestnya garam buluh ni, lepas tu terus rasa nak tabur dalam mulut hari2 muahahaha

Garam buluh dihasilkan dgn menggunakan garam laut dari kawasan pantai barat Korea yg tidak tercemar serta buluh yg berusia lebih 3 tahun sebagai bahan mentah utama. Haa so kalau sape2 yg riak cakap elehhh..setakat garam buluh ni aku bole buat sendirik aaa..aku benarkan korang tampar mulut dia. Kecuali kalau dia orang Korea ataupun memang ada perniagaan buluh. Selain kriteria dua tu, confirm dia tu penipu.

Next, garam laut tu diisi ke dlm buluh dan kemudian mulut buluh ditutup dgn tanah liat yg diperoleh 20 meter dari bawah tanah. Lepas tu, dibakar dalam relau dgn kayu pine sebagai bahan api. Bukan mancis ye. Pembakaran berulang kali dgn suhu yg tinggi antara 1000-1500C adalah utk singkirkan toksid dan logam berat. Bila dah setel bakar, dikeringkan pulak dan jadilah ketulan garam. 

Then, ketulan garam ni dimasukkan ke dalam buluh yg baru dan dibakar berulang kali. Semasa pembakaran, garam laut menyerap khasiat dan mineral daripada buluh, tanah liat dan kayu pine. Finally, ketulan garam yg terhasil dihancurkan menjadi serbuk garam. Itulah alkisahnya asal usul garam buluh berkualiti tinggi dari Korea.

Sweet dream Sleep tight

Last night my whole family i.e my hubby, my son and I slept using the BIOVELOCITY SLEEPMATE. It was worth it.
