The event was filled with beauty tips, sharing and testimonies, a fabulous fashion show by top Malaysian fashion designer Rizman Ruzaini. Diamond Night 2013

I attended Diamond Night that was held last month in Mines Resort,Seri Kembangan. Almost 100 Glampreneurs were awarded as Diamond Sales Manager, Double Diamond Manager and Car Fund Achiever! Congrats to all:) My business partners and I had so much fun through the night, and next year, it wil be all of us on that stage, In Sya Allah:)

Here are few tips on how to become a sales superstar. (Repost from my mentor Hanis Haizi) Business and sales come together, and any business is ridiculous and probably a con business if it does not have the record of any sales, so do keep those kind of businesses away, ok?

• Only you can decide what it is what you think about and only you can decide what really happen to your life

• Top sales people think most of the time WHAT they want and HOW to get it

• Unsuccessful unhappy people think and talk about what they DON'T WANT most of the time.

• Your income reflects your thoughts.. there is no real differences between the people who earning a small amount and people with huge amount of income

• But the only differences is the highest earning sales people decided to earn that amount and the questions that they ask all day long is HOW

There are some of you that has been asking me constantly about the GLAM business, and yet when I told you about how important it is to start our own business and throw all the facts at you, you still deny it. I'm sorry if I offend any of you, but being in denial about something that is not worth arguing (because it is so damn true and the facts are all there in front of our own two eyeballs) only mean one thing. It means that you are not ready for a change, that you are just trying to avoid the reality, and you know what? That's sad. It really is. Well. Here are more facts about how our real lives are these days. Truth hurts. Even my mum once said, you gotta deal with the reality, or else you'll die. And don't worry guys, there are so many smart ways to deal with the reality nowadays, e.g being a glampreneur. So, buck up :)

30% graduan bergaji lebih RM2,500

KUALA LUMPUR 15 Jun - Graduan di negara ini harus mula mengubah minda daripada hanya menjadi pencari kerja kepada penjana pekerjaan dengan merebut peluang dalam bidang keusahawanan.

Menteri Pendidikan II, Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh berkata, Malaysia amat memerlukan lebih ramai usahawan daripada kalangan graduan untuk menjadi pemangkin transformasi ekonomi negara.

"Kita mahu graduan menjadi usahawan dan tidak hanya bergantung kepada mencari pekerjaan dengan syarikat-syarikat swasta kerana kita tahu golongan ini mempunyai daya saing yang kental dan mampu menjadi lebih kreatif," katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian dalam sidang akhbar selepas merasmikan Karnival Kerjaya dan Keusahawanan Graduan 2013 anjuran Kementerian Pendidikan di sini hari ini.

Idris berkata, walaupun tahap kebolehpasaran graduan di negara ini amat baik, namun hanya 30 peratus daripada golongan ini menerima gaji melebihi RM2,500.

"Oleh kerana itu, bidang keusahawanan harus menjadi pilihan utama para graduan. Disebabkan itu, kementerian akan terus memberikan penekanan terhadap perkara ini," katanya.

Hutang isi rumah meningkat

PONTIAN 15 Jun - Pinjaman perumahan dan kenderaan serta penggunaan kad kredit membuatkan golongan berpendapatan rendah dan penjawat awam negara ini berada dalam nisbah hutang lebih tinggi, sekali gus meningkatkan bebanan isi rumah.

Timbalan Menteri Kewangan, Datuk Ahmad Maslan berkata, hutang isi rumah yang kini mencecah RM800 bilion atau 89.2 peratus daripada Keluaran Dalam Negara Kasar (KDNK) itu turut disumbangkan oleh hutang berpanjangan golongan berpendapatan bawah RM3,000 yang meminjam daripada institusi bukan bank seperti koperasi.

"Walaupun belum sampai ke tahap kritikal, usaha sedang dilakukan bagi membantu mereka menguruskan kewangan dengan lebih baik melalui kesedaran dan pendidikan Laman Informasi Nasihat dan Khidmat (LINK) yang diusahakan Bank Negara.

"Amalan gaya hidup mewah bukan sahaja berlaku di Malaysia tetapi negara lain, namun kerajaan melakukan pencegahan sebelum bertambah parah kerana ramai berbuat demikian walaupun mengetahui kemampuan kewangan mereka terbatas," katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas merasmikan Program Kesedaran dan Pendidikan Kewangan, Kaunter Bergerak BNMLINK yang diadakan dengan kerjasama Pejabat Daerah Pontian di Dewan Serbaguna Benut di sini hari ini.

Yang turut hadir, Penolong Gabenor Bank Negara, Abu Hassan Alshari Yahya dan Pegawai Daerah Pontian, Muji Salimon.

Ahmad yang juga Ahli Parlimen Pontian berkata, trend gaya hidup mewah membimbangkan kerana ramai sanggup berhutang bagi mendapatkan sesuatu yang diminati seperti telefon bimbit, beg tangan, pakaian berjenama dan kenderaan mewah.

"Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) telah memberikan khidmat kaunseling kepada 219,995 individu sejak 2007 dengan 89,450 kes dibawa kepada Program Pengurusan Hutang. Ini menunjukkan mereka boleh mengawal tetapi terperangkap dengan gaya hidup," katanya.

Dynamic Entrepreneur Program

Sorry it took me few days to update my blog. Been so busy with lots of stuff, this Dynamic Entrepreneur Program especially.So I went, and it was worth every penny. Now I have clear vision of what this business is all about, and I gained lots of new knowledge of being in this business. (well, its new to me :p ) All my doubts are cleared. Yes, I will be a millionaire. When, it depends on my effort, after all,all kinds of businesses need big amount of effort. This one is not an exception. You have to bear in mind, success is not accidental. SUCCESS IS EQUAL TO EFFORTS. Small effort, small success. Big effort, big success. As simple as that:) But yes, I can be a millionaire in this business. Insya Allah:) Aim high people, we should aim high. Nothing wrong with that :) 

So back to business, the program started at 9am until 530pm. It was held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club, Mont Kiara.On SATURDAY. Yes people, I sacrificed my weekend, but it's alright. If other people can do it, so can I (motivating myself haha) Lets talk about the speaker of the program, Mr. Winston Wong. He is an awesome speaker by the way. Mr. Winston Wong is a decorated speaker, corporate figure, network marketing guru & author.

Assalamualaikum. Dalam entry kali ni noly nak kongsi bukti-bukti perubahan drastik dan kejayaan yang ditempa oleh beberapa GLAMPRENEUR hasil didikan HANIS HAIZI. Dalam business ni kita hanya perlu duplicate je orang-orang yg dah berjaya, asalkan kita mahu berubah. Itu sahaja.

1.HANIS HAIZI

 Sebelum ni dia hanyalah seorang suri rumah sepenuh masa. Selepas melahirkan anak yang pertama, beliau ambil kesempatan untuk buat business ni. Dari income RM3000, siapa sangka selepas hanya 4 tahun, income beliau sekarang mencecah RM200k sebulan. Semuanya berkat kesungguhan dan semangat yang tinggi untuk mengubah hidup beliau. Beliau juga telah ramai melahirkan ramai jutawan muda di bawah academy beliau sendiri -GREEN LEADERS ACADEMY MALAYSIA (GLAM)

Hanis dengan koleksi designer handbags nya. Chanel, Dior, Prada dan banyak lagi. Semuanya beliau dapat dari hasil titik peluhnya sendiri selama 4 tahun dalam business ni.

2. MAISARAH IBRAHIM

Beliau merupakan salah seorang TOP GLAMPRENEUR under Hanis. Dahulunya seorang engineer, tapi dengan dua orang anak kecil, memang susah sikit nak survive. So beliau join business ni. Beliau follow and duplicate cara Hanis bekerja. After few months, beliau resign jadi engineer untuk focus buat business ni. Setelah 4 tahun, income beliau pun dah lebih dari RM100k sebulan.

Sangat beza dulu dgn sekarang kan? bila buat business ni, kita mmg akan selalu upgradekan diri.

3. NAA KAMARUDDIN

Beliau juga merupakan salah seorang TOP GLAMPRENEUR under Hanis. Dengan hanya pemakaian Premium Beautiful, beliau join business ni untuk extra income. Beliau juga follow and duplicate je apa yang Hanis Haizi ajar. That's why ramai anak didik Hanis ni berjaya macam Hanis jugak.

Before buat business ni, Naa nampak biasa2 je. Selepas setahun buat business ni, beliau dah berjaya dapat pangkat tertinggi dalam business ni. Daripada x tahu apa, tapi kerana semangat yang tinggi beliau berjaya macam Hanis Haizi.

4. SHA KHALID

Beliau juga merupakan salah seorang TOP GLAMPRENEUR under Hanis. Dahulunya seorang engineer di IBM dengan gaji RM5k sebulan.Ibu kepada 2 anak lelaki ini bermula dengan business secara part time sahaja. Kerana ingin mengubah hidup menjadi lebih selesa, beliau tekad dan duplicate dan follow Hanis bulat-bulat. Dalam masa setahun, beliau berjaya dapat pangkat tertinggi dan meraih pendapatan sebanyak RM40k -RM50k sebulan. Finally beliau resign dari profesion beliau di IBM dan focus kepada business.

Ramai lagi TOP GLAMPRENEURS under HANIS HAIZI ni, speerti gambar di bawah ni. semuanya muda2 belaka dan dahulunya memang dah ada profesion sendiri. Semuanya berani untuk melakukan perubahan dalam hidup, dan inilah hasilnya.
