In the street, no litter or spitting on the ground. There are no disturbing gatherings, few people screaming or running. Public areas are not degraded. You're respected and served quickly as a customer. Trains are cleaned at each terminus. Definitely a winner.

SHANGHAI CALLING -part 1

Salam.

Today nak cerita sikit pasal Shanghai. hahaha. Macam yg selalu aku war warkan sebelum ni, bila buat business ni, company memang akan tawarkan percutian percuma. Dan alhamdulillah kali ni aku qualify utk ke Shanghai, China. Akhirnya sampai jugak lah ke negara China tu. hehehe. Kami bertolak pukul 5 pagi dgn MAS Airlines. Sangat selesa, and sebab fly pagi kan, so memang slept through sampai la jejak kaki kat Shanghai tuh.

Kami bersarapan dalam flight dan sesaimpainya shj di sana, kami terus bergerak ke Oriental Pearl TV tower. Sangat tinggi hokayyy. I LIKE. Hahahaha. Tapi suami aku xsuka. Sebab dia gayat. Tapi xpe, I don't care lol. Rasa nak melompat2 kat atas tower tu. hehehe. Lunch dgn dinner semua di restoran cina muslim and halal :)

Lepas dah habis berjimba kat tower tu, kitorang check in ke hotel. Radisson hotel. kami dapat bilik tingkat 15, bilik memang lawa. Hotel 5 star. berbaloi la hahaha..memang tidur lena laaa.hahaha.

ini bathroom dia..luas gila.ada tub, shower and toilet. tapi tak mampu nak snap pic keseluruhan sebab bathroom dia transparent.so nnt nampak bayang2 pulakk hahaha

My Business Leader

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

Selamat pagi, hopefully semua orang sihat. Pagi ni nak cerita sikit pasal my business leader ehehehe. Her name is Elya Roza and she is 29 years old. Mudaaaa lagi kan? My business leader ni betul2 direct under Hanis Haizi and Razali Zain, the founders of GLAM. So I pun samalah kan :) memang untung sangat2, bila kita dekat dengan mentor,of course lah aura pun seharum semerbak melekat satu badan ekekeke. Bila selalu rujuk dgn mentor, bau bau kejayaan tu insya Allah makin lama makin dekat :)

Berbalik kepada si cantik manis Elya ni tadi, dia ni start buat business dgn GLAM bulan Mac 2013. Dalam masa sebulan setengah je iaitu pada bulan April, dia dah qualify untuk pergi ke Korea. Ni baru balik dari bergembira kat Korea lah ni. Lepas ni confirm Elya akan ke Gold Coast pulak. Siapa nak ikut sila angkat tangan. FOC nih. Aku yg dah keje 3 tahun lebih pun x dapat nak melancong oversea, ini buat business sebulan setengah je?? Siapa yg x nak, kan? Kalau yg xnak tu, sila cek air kencing. kot2 ada masalah hormon ke kan.

Selalu bila orang luar dengar pasal business ni je, mesti tanggapan kau keje xbusy,boleh laaa..aku keje busy macam PM, xleh la nak buat business macam kauu..haaa..(padahal sambil cakap tu sambil ngeteh haha..) Elya ni banker kat Bank of Tokyo. Korang rasa orang jepun keje cmne?igt dorg punye work ethic ni mcm org Malaysia ke? keje sikit, lepas tu makan berjam-jam,hahaha.kalau terasa sorry lah. Point aku kat sini Elya ni tersangatlah busy, masuk keje pagi balik keje malam. Tapi still boleh buat business ni. Lagi satu point aku, memang semua orang busy, kita xboleh nak cakap aku lagi busy dari kau,minah tu lagi busy dari mamat tu, bla bla bla, tapi yg membezakan kita dgn orang lain ialah kesungguhan kita utk berjaya. Boleh je aku nak cakap, korang apekehal busy, korang bukan Einstein pun kann/korang keje kat NASA ke?/korang bukan saintis yg buat research berbulan2 berkurung buat uji kaji hape bende pun kannn. Jangan lempang aku pulak,sebab aku memang takkan cakap benda mcm ni pun kat sesapa. Mak bapak aku x ajar aku utk jadi org yg kurang ajar begitu. Tapi busy tu penting sebenarnya, means kita ada tujuan utk hidup. Kita ada tujuan utk bekerja keras, utk capai sesuatu yg bermakna. Utk diri sendiri, utk family,utk anak2. The struggle is what makes the success tastes so good. Work hard pays. Its a fact, tanyalah Donald Trump sekali pun. Mesti dia xkenal kau.

Elya ni pun bermula dgn first side income dari company sebanyak RM3000, macam Noly jgk. mcm business partner yg lain2 jgk. x ada beza. Yg membezakan ialah effort dia sendiri dalam business ni, Elya ni tak pernah putus harapan, dan tak pernah berhenti berusaha, selalu rujuk pada mentor, selalu bantu business partners yg lain, sebab tu aku cakap dia cool. Dalam GLAM ni, alhamdulillah aku dapat leader and mentor yg xberhenti membantu, and of course lah,kita pun kena lah dgr ckp,jangan buat bodoh je kan,dah ditolong kan,kenalah berusaha buat yg terbaik. Sekarang dah 6 bulan Elya dalam business ni, income dia dalam GLAM ni pun dh hampir mencecah 5 angka:) siapa sangka.Ni side income je tau. Income dia keje dgn bank tu I xtau lah,xkan nak tanya pulokk hehe. Selagi kita x pilih haluan kita dan rebut peluang yg ada, selagi tulah kita akan sentiasa jadi orang yg tgk orang lain berjaya. Kita pun nak berjaya jugak kan?
