Apakah bakteria vaginosis (BV )?

Biasanya vagina kita dipenuhi oleh microorganisma atau flora flora yang hidup secara harmoni dan ia berfungsi sebagai satu benteng barisan hadapan yang mencegah bakteria bakteria luaran yang merbahaya dari menakluki vagina dan membawa penyakit. Hampir 95 % daripada flora flora yang menduduki vagina ini ialah lactobasilus, i.e bakteria yang baik dan 5 % adalah fungus seperti candida and bakteria yang  merbahaya seperti streptoccoccus dan sebagainya. Keseimbangan eko-sistem ini sangat penting yang menjamin kesihatan vagina.Bakteria vaginosis atau BV terjadi apabila komposisi atau populasi flora di dalam vagina telah berubah. Dengan BV, terdapat peningkatan dalam bakteria berbahaya dan penurunan dalam bakteria baik. BV adalah jangkitan vagina yang paling biasa di kalangan wanita yang telah berkahwin.

Apa yang menyebabkan Bakteria V ?

Terdapat perkara-perkara tertentu yang boleh mengganggu keseimbangan normal bakteria dalam vagina dan membunuh bakteria yang baik seterusnya meningkatkan risiko anda mendapat BV:

1. Douching atau mencuci vagina terlalu kerap
2. Pasangan anda mempunyai pasangan seks yang lain selain anda (poligamous relationship or marriage)
3. Anda mempunyai pasangan seks baru atau anda menpunyai ramai pasangan seks
4. Penggunaan alat IUD

Apakah tanda-tanda Bakteria Vaginosis ?

Wanita dengan BV mungkin mempunyai discaj atau keputihan yang tidak normal dengan bau vagina yang tidak menyenangkan seperti bau ikan, terutamanya selepas hubungan seks. Bau yang busuk dan kuat ini juga boleh di hidu dari jauh oleh orang disekelilig kita. Discaj yang keluar berwarna putih susu atau kelabu dan ia juga boleh menjadi berbuih atau berair. Terdapat satu ujian untuk mengetahui jika anda mempunyai BV. Doktor mengambil sampel cecair dari faraj anda dan ia telah diuji. Doktor anda juga boleh melihat tanda-tanda BV semasa pemeriksaan faraj. Untuk membantu doktor anda mencari tanda-tanda BV atau jangkitan lain.

Bolehkah Bakteria Vaginosis menyebabkan masalah kesihatan?

the reality of chicken nowadays, which is bad for our health

I know most of us don't have the time and space to grow our own chicken, and that includes me.
